1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nuroversity platform (the "Platform"), including its website, web application, and any associated services (collectively, "Services"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nuroversity Certifications ("Nuroversity," "we," "us," or "our"), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 in India.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or at least 13 years of age with verifiable parental or guardian consent;

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;

• Not be prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it promptly if it changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or abused platform features.

5. AI-Generated Content — Important Limitations

By using the Platform, you explicitly acknowledge that:

• All course content, questions, explanations, and assessments are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude and similar models);

• AI content may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information despite our best efforts to validate output quality;

• AI content is for educational preparation purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind;

• Certifications issued by Nuroversity are platform-specific recognitions and do not replace formal academic degrees, professional certifications, or qualifications from recognised institutions;

• Nuroversity makes no guarantee of examination success, admission, job placement, or any real-world outcome;

• You bear sole responsibility for independently verifying critical information before relying on it for high-stakes purposes.

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

Nuroversity offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Tier — Limited access with usage caps as shown on the pricing page;

• Plus Tier — Enhanced access with increased usage limits;

• Pro Tier — Full feature access with higher AI capability and usage limits;

• Max Tier — Maximum platform access with the highest limits and priority processing.

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be notified at least 7 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual) before renewal. Full refund and cancellation terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying AI models, weights, or prompts;

• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine any content without our express written consent;

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform;

• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content without written permission;

• Submit false or fabricated information in assessments or certifications;

• Circumvent or manipulate the Platform's gamification or leaderboard systems;

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any examination board;

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any other user's account or our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, branding, software, and all non-user-generated AI output are owned by or licensed to Nuroversity and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Content you submit to the Platform (e.g., profile data, feedback) remains yours, but you grant Nuroversity a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to provide and improve the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nuroversity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or AI-generated content.

Nuroversity's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Nuroversity in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by mediation, and finally binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if unresolved. Nothing in this clause restricts your statutory right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' written notice before material changes take effect, via email and in-app notification. On the effective date of any update, you will be required to re-confirm your acceptance via an in-app consent gate before continuing to use the Platform.
